Paula was so so helpful, she did a brilliant job explaining everything so well which made us so confident. We had a sand ceremony to symbolize the people we have lost who were not able to be there and she wrote a special verse specially for this occasion.

Paula had a great understanding of what we wanted, to have a ceremony that was personalised and casual to how we wanted it, someone who did not try to influence any of their religion or values into our ceremony. Someone who was very likeable.
